ARTICLE 1 - Organizing Company and principles of the Game
The company UVI (Société Anonyme) whose registered office is located at 159 rue Amelot 75011 Paris, with a share capital of €654,879.23 and registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 339985905, (hereinafter the "Organizing Company") and owner of the UVI Brand France organizes from 25/05/2023 at 00h00 to 01/06/2023 at 00h00 included, (the dates and times of the France Metropolitan as authentic (GMT/UTC +2h00), a game by draw without obligation to purchase entitled "Contest" (hereinafter the "Game"). The Game is organized for France and international (the dates and times of the Metropolitan France being authentic (GMT / UTC +2:00).
ARTICLE 2 - Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the Game implies the player's unreserved acceptance of these Rules and the principle of the Game. Entries that do not comply with these Rules will result in the disqualification of participants for the whole duration of the Game.
ARTICLE 3 - Conditions relating to participants
The Game is open to any natural person of legal age (authentic civil status) residing in France or abroad, with the exception of members of the staff of the Organizing Company and/or members of their family in a direct line, as well as any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the design, realization or management of the Game. Participation in this Game is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be accepted per household (same name, same postal address and/or same mobile phone number) during the entire period of validity of the Game. It is strictly prohibited, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the devices of the Game, in particular in order to modify the results or to influence by an automated or unfair means the allocation of a prize. The "Game" is open and intended for all persons registered to the "SonicPass" subscription formula as of June 1 st , 2023. The Organizing Company draws the attention of participants to the fact that any minor participating in the Game participates under the control and with the consent of his parents or the holder(s) of parental authority, or in the absence of his legal guardian(s).
ARTICLE 4 - Announcement of the Game

ARTICLE 5 - Terms and conditions of participation
5.1. How to participate
To participate in the Game, all you have to do is:
-To be registered for our "SonicPass" subscription before the date of June 1, 2023
-To be drawn at random among the participants.
5.2. Conditions of participation in the Game
Any entry or entry that is incomplete, does not comply with the conditions set out in these Rules, falsified, not validated, registered after the deadline or in a form other than that provided for above or containing inaccurate or false information, will not be considered and will be considered void.
The participants authorize the Organizing Company to carry out any checks concerning their identity or domicile. Any false or erroneous indication shall result in the immediate elimination of their participation and their possible endowment.
ARTICLE 6 - Designation of winners
The Game is based on a random draw mechanic of entries.
A draw among all the compliant ballots present will designate the winners of the synthesizer and will take place on June 2, 2023 by the Attorney BOURBONNEUX Dominique, Commissioner of Justice 5/7 rue de TOURNON - 75006 PARIS.
Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may give rise to exclusion from the Game for its author, the Organizing Company reserving, if necessary, the right to initiate legal proceedings against him.
ARTICLE 7 - Prizes at stake
7.1. A KAWAI K3 synthesizer (argus 535€)
7.2. Delivery of prizes
Compliant winners will be contacted by the Organizing Company by email.
7.4. Details of batches
The prizes are nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party. Prizes may not be awarded in any form other than that provided for in these Rules.
In the event that the Participant does not claim his prize at La Poste where his parcel has been placed in reception, he will be considered as having renounced his prize. Lots that do not find buyers within 15 consecutive days will be returned by parcel to the Organizing Company.
No cash equivalent will be awarded in exchange for the prizes won. However, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace a prize with a prize of the same value and similar characteristics if circumstances so require. It cannot be held liable for this fact.
Prizes that could not be awarded to the winners, for any reason whatsoever, will be at the choice of the Organizing Company awarded to consumers through its consumer service or as part of another promotional operation. The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prizes with prizes of equivalent value, in the event of force majeure as defined by the case law applicable in France, or for any other reason which is neither the responsibility nor the will of the Organizing Company, without any claim being made in this regard. Participants acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such replacement of prizes to be won.
ARTICLE 8 - Limitation of liability
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if, due to force majeure or events beyond its control, this Game should be cancelled, extended, shortened, modified or postponed. Any changes will be subject to prior information by appropriate means. Additions and changes to the Rules may then be published during the Game. They shall be considered as annexes to these Regulations.
The terms and conditions of the Game as well as the prizes offered to the winners cannot give rise to any dispute of any kind.
The Organizing Company may cancel or suspend all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in the event of communication of erroneous information.
In this case, it reserves the right not to attribute the data to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
In any case, if the proper administrative and/or technical conduct of the Game is disrupted by a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or another cause beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter reserves the right to interrupt the Game.
The choice of providers is the subject of the greatest attention for the quality of the allocations awarded.
Nevertheless, the Organizing Company declines all responsibility for all incidents and / or accidents that may occur during the duration of enjoyment of the prize awarded and / or as a result of its use.
It’s understood that the foregoing does not reduce the rights and remedies of the winner.
ARTICLE 9 - Authorization to communicate the names of the winners
The winners authorize the Organizing Company and the participating stores to publicly mention their first and last name and city of residence, only to announce that the winners have won a prize, without this conferring any remuneration, right or benefit other than the delivery of their prize.
ARTICLE 10 - Protection of personal data
It is recalled that to participate in the Jeu, participants must necessarily provide certain personal information about themselves by entering their surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number. This information is intended for the Organizing Company for the purpose of organizing the Game within the framework of these rules. Personal information will not be assigned or transferred to entities other than those referred to in this paragraph.
The Organizing Company is responsible for processing this personal data, and as such undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

ARTICLE 11 – Rules
11.1 Deposit
These complete Regulations are filed with Commissioner of Justice BOURBONNEUX Dominique- Commissioner of Justice - 5/7 rue de TOURNON 75006 PARIS.
11.2. Protest
Any dispute or claim relating to the Game must be made by email to the dbhuissier75@Email.com address, mentioning the title "UVI Contest" in the subject of the message, within one month of the closure of the Game.
11.3. Consultation
The complete payment is available free of charge on request sent to the email address dbhuissier75@gmail.com before 25/05/2023 to 00h00 or on the website: https://www.db-hui5sier-paris.com/declarer-ieux-concours-reglement-huissier-75-Paris
ARTICLE 12 - Reimbursement of consultation fees of the complete regulations
The reimbursement of the Internet connection costs necessary for the request of the payment can be obtained by simple request attached (on the basis of a connection of 10 minutes at the reduced rate, i.e. 0.15euros) to the address of the Game.
Given that in the current state of service offers and technology, some Internet service providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the site on a free or flat-rate basis (such as cable connection, ADSL, optical fibber or dedicated link) will not give rise to any refund, Insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general and that the fact that the participant connects to the site and requests payment does not cause him any additional costs and disbursements.
Requests for reimbursement of participation fees must contain the following information:
• Name and surname of the participant
• Participant's mailing address
• The name of the Game
• Photocopy of identity card
Any request for illegible, erased, incomplete or sent after the deadline will not be processed. No refund request can be made by phone or email.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within an average of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the written request of the participants.
In any case, only one refund request will be accepted per participant registered in the Game and per household [same name, same RIB (IBAN+BIC) and/or same mobile phone number] for the duration of the Game and only in the context of participation in the Game subject to these rules.
ARTICLE 13 - Fraud and applicable law
This Game and these rules are subject to French law. In the event of persistent disagreement relating to the interpretation and application of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will fall under the competent courts of Paris.
